cterisation.

What is APT?

Atom probe tomography provides 3D, atom-by-atom imaging with unmatched spatial and chemical resolution. It’s an essential tool for academic and industrial materials research.

Our facilities are state of the art.

Our facilities

Our facility is equipped with three state-of-the-art atom probes, including the specialized NuMAP LEAP 5000 XR for nuclear materials research.
